If your message is about a billing issue, please include the date and amount of the charge so we can match it up — Apple processes our subscription payments, and we don't see your card details.

Is the AI scoring me, and is it any good?

Yes — Speakle uses AI to score clarity, pace, flow, and structure, and to count fillers. It's good at the mechanical parts of speech. It will not tell you whether your idea is "interesting" or "clever," because no model is good at that yet, and we'd rather be honest about it.

Are my recordings private?

By default, only you can hear your own recordings. You can opt to share a specific recording publicly to appear on the leaderboard or in a share card — that's a per-recording choice and you can undo it any time. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

How much does it cost?

Speakle Pro is $14.99/month, $59.99/year, or $6.99/week. Yearly and monthly include a 3-day free trial. The trial converts to paid automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel any time — see "How do I cancel my subscription?" below.

Does this work for non-native speakers?

Yes — and unusually well. We weight scores against your own baseline, not against native-speaker pace, so progress reads as progress.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete Account → Confirm. If you've lost access to your device, see speakle.io/delete-account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store you purchased from.

Cancelling stops the next renewal — your Pro access continues through the end of the current period.

Reporting a recording or a user

Long-press any public recording inside the app to bring up the report menu. We aim to review reports within 24 hours and remove anything that breaks our Terms of Use.
